Guiding Thought Question: Briefly summarize who you think will actually support your bill and for what reasons. Also summarize who you think would oppose your bill and for what reason.

Today's Learning Objective: Students will be able to explain the process of passing a bill into a law. Students will partake in a simulation where they will write a bill of their own and then check the constitutionality of it.
