Nowadays, the term "millennial" has been coined to my generation. This creates a dividing line from us and the X and Y generations. There are also many connotations to the name. This is according to our major incorporation of technology, which has now become the culture of our group. With gender, it is often witnessed in common areas like lunch tables, for example. One table either primarily consists of males or females with younger individuals. Lastly, divisions with ethnicity can be seen internationally. I see differences in my morals, for example, from all of the people here at the academy. This is never good or bad, just a difference in our cultural backgrounds.

the different generations, describe how those people in that generation acts not a individual but as a whole society. my generation the millennials are seen as excepting and technological but we are also seen as careless and that we "just don't get it". Gender is a interesting subject because nowadays people can be whatever they want and they can marry the same or different gender. people can be boys and girls or both. there are many ethnic groups in the world and everyday we see people that are have different ideas ex. church we interact with people of different ethnic groups and I that what ever someone believes we are people so we are all the same in that way.

There are many differences as you cross multiple borders, there is the age gap that creates different variations such as work ethic. The younger generations tend towards using technology in almost every capacity they can, while the older generations tend towards the feeling of a hard work ethic. Some ethnic groups are very different between the US and Costa Rica for example, even the minute things are very different like the supporting soccer vs american football. There are also differences like putting values on family and groups vs focusing on yourself. And there are different variations between things like the differences between males and females. Men are stereotypically stronger in both physical and emotional ways (in the sense of internalizing things) while women tend to more more submissive than a man would be in most situations. That isnt to say that there are many people throughout this world that are breaking that stereotypical mold and paving a way through to the new generation of harmony and equality.

Age groups: Older generations tend to appreciate more long term goals while the younger generations want everything yesterday. Also, the older generations tend to be a lot more conservative while the younger generations tend to be looser with rules and more concerned with being accepting of others and making sure no one gets their feelings hurt.

Ethnic groups: I think there is a huge difference with what is seen as a respectable life and the types of jobs people of different ethnicities strive for. I work with a lot of Latinos and most of them don't even want to apply to college at all, trade jobs are more their style. They have a sense of community teaching each other how to be good car mechanics, etc.

Gender groups: It is socially acceptable and even expected for women to show emotion and for men to lack it. One example is movies. The genre of "chick flicks" includes movies that have exaggerated emotions and as the name suggests are marked for women. The action movies are more marketed toward men, usually having a male hero. When a love story or over abundance of emotion is thrown in to one, it is the first thing the men in my life complain about (almost like they are conditioned to)

Age Group: I think that with older groups are more focused in general. They didn't grow up with iphones or all the cool gadgets the younger generation have grown up with this. This meaning that we get distracted more than older generation. This leads to poor observation skills, social skills and work ethic.

Ethnic group: I think there are a lot of difference between ethnic groups. Some have different traditions. Some have different religions. there's also differences in genders and there roles in many ethnic groups. For example in a form of Islamic religions the women is not aloud to show there skin but a man is aloud to because of there religious preferences.

Gender group: I think the thing with gender is there used to be a stereotype that males are the ones who know more, have to provide for the family and have to do all of the jobs because a women can't. I think this stereotype has dwindled down a lot. Women are in charged of a lot of jobs and aren't just the ones that stay at home with the kids and cook and clean. I think the variation between gender is who can do the job better.

Age group: younger people have the use of technology where they depend on it and the older people don't care to have it for everyday needs
Ethnic groups: there are huge gaps in-between ethnic groups because they don't all practice the same thing. we celebrate different holidays for example
gender group: we are categorized by what people think we can do. Men are expected to go out of the house and work and women are meant to stay home and take care of all the responsibilities inside
