Guiding Thought Question: Explain whether or not you think it is possible, or wise, for all countries in the world to have fairly elected democratic governments. 

Today's Learning Objective: Students will be able to  explain basic vocabulary dealing with international politics and governance. Students will go over the objectives for the course, then have an activity in which they identify, and explain terms relating to international political systems.
