Today's Learning Objective: Students will be able to describe the impact of the Civil Rights Movement, American Indian Movement, and the Women's Rights Movement. Students will examine the three movements and take time to learn and teach about the movements to their classmates.

Students will also examine the importance of the 14th Amendment specifically to find out the importance of the Amendment in extending rights to all Americans.
