i would say it would be benifical if every country had the same common goals because it would be good for the environment if they had good goals and protection.

It is not nessecarey because countries can set their own goals and accomplish them like that.

It's not required for all countries to be unified for the common goal of environmental protection. Some countries have more immediate matters to attend to such as war, broken economy, riots, etc. and should be allowed to take care of those first before environmentalism is shoved down their throats. Alas, down the line when they've got their stuff together they should try to work on environmental goals.

Yes I think it is necessary for all countries to be united in the common goal of environmental protection. This is because if everyone is on the same page and they are agreeing on solving it the same way then things will actually get done. They can choose not and still achieve the objectives it just might take longer and won't have as big as an impact

it is not necessary for countries to be unified with the same goal. it could be more motivating for lower countries to try to meet the same goal but there's so many different development situations for different countries that it can be hard for everyone to be in the same place.

the countries definitely need a baseline of conservation goals, but since all countries are different it would be hard to create a set baseline. I think trusting them handle their own problems is the best idea, hoping that they hold those values and are environmentally responsible
