Guiding Thought Question: How does the role of education change throughout someones life? During which stages/ages is education the most significant? During which stages/ages is it less important? Explain your thinking

Guiding Inquiry: How do your psychological needs change as you age and develop?

Today's Learning Objective: Students will be able to explain the different stages of Psychosocial Stages of Development by engaging in a reading activity and discussion about the concepts associated with the model, and be able to incorporate it into the development of their educational experience they develop for the unit.

Education is ALWAYS important however it is more important when you are younger because it becomes habit shaping when you are little. What I mean by this is that if you are trained to love learning when you are little you will push yourself when you are older.

When people are really young, its kind of something you depend on to learn basic skills. Learning ones ABCs and numbers is important! As people age in middle/highschool, people start to resent education more because they feel like they need it less. This stage of education is maybe? the most important. like, calculus isn’t great, but those are the years where you make your opinions on a lot of things for the rest of your life. Education as an adult is seen more as a societal privilege than primary education, which is maybe questionable? who knows!

Education is the base of someone. It defines people’s decisions, which in turn can change people’s future, relationships, and more. Education is significant in every stage of life since you are constantly evolving as a person. The most important is first couple of months to until the brain stops developing. This is because this lays out how the rest of your life is. The least important is after brain development since it’s not required but will help you grow as a person

Education plays a vital role in the development of children, particularly in the early years of life. Considering education to be an extension outside of the classroom, the concept of learning is rooted into us as beings & is interwoven with our health, happiness, & overall satisfaction with existence. With this in mind, it is easy to come to the conclusion that education is necessary for everyone in every stage of life.

The role of education in someone’s life changes in many ways. The early years of education are more focused and directed towards providing the basics and foundations of knowledge to aid in future education and everyday life. As the level of education and years progress, education becomes more aimed towards applying knowledge to real world situations and future careers. Elementary level education is very important because it is the time when children gather basic knowledge needed to progress in the future. College year education can also be very important in many situations because it will aid careers.

Education is most significant in the early stages of child development 0-10 is around where its significant due to the fact that the child is still developing everywhere in their body especially their brain. Education will always be important because your brain is never really fully developed. But it is less important once you hit 18-21+ years of age

It's the most important during high school/college because your grades have a to to do with your future, and the least important during middle school and preschool because you are still finding out more about how the world works and skills like how to communicate and how to talk to people.

Instead of learning general things as a kid you learn much More specific things as a young adult on what you want to focus your life and being younger should focus more on life skills. I think at the lowest grade it should not be that important because social skills and how to interact with other kids, while being closer to middle school it should be more being diciplined and following school work.

it changes as you grow up when you are a kid is probably the most important because you get the school skills because you are always evolving and learning new things and as you push off homework it effects you in the long run because you will just keep pushing it off causing problems and the leat important i honestly dont know because you always learn and once you dont learn something young you have to reteach yourself these new things. social skills is another thing thats important in school

Don't be a fool. Stay in school!

You gotta get the large brigano to know how to become a functioning member of society and have your personality aspirations and dreams slowly sanded down off of you by a crushing out dated education system that doesn't actually want to teach you anything and just wants to prepare you for back breaking industrial revolution slave labor and we don't want workers doing silly things like forming opinions or having thoughts.

It’s always important but when you’re younger you are more impressionable so it makes it slightly more important however when you’re older you’re more focused on other things so education isn’t as important

I would say that the role of education starts changing iin 7th grade from this is necessary development to whatever middle school is and then to learning about things you actually like. I would say that the most important is definetly elementary school and probably high school. Elementary I think over shadows everything because that development is necessary for the rest of your life.

Education is an important part of anyone’s life. Elementary education teaches children about social skills and the basics for what they will learn for a long time. Middle school education is where students start to find their interests or explore different career paths. High school is important for developing who you want to be. You learn necessary skills like algebra and world history but the choice to continue after high school is up to you. Education is most important in high school when students have a choice to show up to class.

Education is always important. It is more noticeable when you are 5-18, because kids in America have to go to school and at least get a high school diploma. Everyday you learn something new, weather it is learning a new skill or a new fact that you didn't know. Scientists are always learning something new about their field.

Your role in education starts changing in middle school. You start to talk about GPA, etc. But I think that with sophomore year it changes. You have the ACT and your GPA, thats when most people actually mature

The role of education changes throughout someones life by the value of it changes. When you are younger it feels like a chore and when you get older you see the value you in it and most people need it to succeed in life. And has you get older it keeps you sharp.
Elementary because you learn basic life skill and the foundation to learning. Mid life because very other stage is important.

Education probably most significant when you're young because that's when you're most likely to absorb the information best. Teenage years are also very important because that's when you'll be making very big decisions and you need information to make good decisions for your future. Basically education is always important. Education all the time is the least important when you are focusing on your career. You'll learn things through your job and experience, but you don't have time to sit down and do a class.

Education is most important in elementary because you develop social skills and basic skills for learning during these years

I believe the first years of children’s lives is the most vital information they will receive, because a lot of it is basic knowledge and manners they’ll use most of their life. It helps that this is when they are at thier most curious points too. And a lot of the times. The less important one in my opinion is in high school. While there are classes that some students will use in thier lives, there are several classes students will take just cause it’s easy or to get credits. Most of the time after that, they’ll forget all about the subject, as learning it wasn’t as important as passing.

Education is the most significant when you're young, kinda like how you can't teach an old dog new tricks. You can learn when you're older, but it is much easier to learn your ABC's when you're younger. Its easier to build upon what you've already know since you were a kid.

The role of education can change someone's opinion on how they view life, and it can help someone make better decisions for themselves due to the knowledge they gained. The stages where it is most important is during elementary because you learn the most basic things that will help you in the future and it is less important in college because you are simply enhancing your education rather than really learning something new.

Elementary school is one of the most important stages of education. That's when we learn the basics of real life, like learning how to spell, write in cursive, sing your ABC's, reading, and learning how to act around other kids. I believe that Middle school- High school are less important. This is when kids start to grow up and learn there's more things to life than just school. We take more pride into friendships, relationships, jobs, and more extra curricular activities. Then once we get into college is when real life hits and school becomes more important, because college gives us a start to becoming adults and learning to get a real job that we will depend on in order to live.

education is vital throughout everyones life. the education system we know starts to become a waste of time more than an education system around mid highschool.
