One bad habit a lot of kids our age develop is (more like an addiction than a bad habit) the intense attraction to social media. There are good things that come from it, but a lot of bad comes out of apps like Instagram and SnapChat. I deleted it! Recently I indulged myself in a horrible binge of content for like two hours on TikTok. Was it a bad use of time? Yes! Did I enjoy myself while watching a child fall in a grocery store? Yes! Anyway, I'm getting off topic. Social media can have negative effects on mental health. In order to avoid the stress of it people should either limit their time with a screen timer or just delete the apps.

Forgetting to eat some of my friend will go all day without eating and then at the end of the day they aren’t feeling well. Some one should have a routine and set breakfast lunch and dinner plans

An unhealthy habit that makes stress and anxiety worse would be procrastinating because it then causes you to become worried about if you are going to get a good grade on something like homework or a test a strategy would be to work on homework day it's assigned

Overworking yourself. You can avoid it by realizing when you're stress and working to find ways to manage your time and possibly getting rid of some of the things you need to do.

One thing I see a lot from my peers is vaping. I have talked to many who vape an unhealthy amount (any amount is unhealthy) and their reason is that it reduces their stress, but it actually makes your heart pump faster which is doing the opposite of relaxing the body.

Procrastination- people our age tend to procrastinate homework and studying a lot so that when there's a test or a deadline, they get stressed trying to get a good grade at the last minute. This can be alleviated by keeping an assignment notebook or having consistent reminders

One unhealthy habit that can increase stress is going on your phone or social media, this could lead to procrastination and even an addiction to your phone. One way to avoid it is by setting a screen time limit or putting your phone away when doing homework/studying so you can actually focus on the task at hand.

A habit that can make anxiety worse is procrastinating on tasks and making them build up.

One factor that increases anxiety and stress is vaping, because it creates another thing that you depend on and when you aren't able to vape your anxiety levels rise

An unhealthy habit would be overstressing over things like homework, school, and work in general. A good way to deal with the problem of overstressing would be doing things like taking a breather / taking a break as well as doing things like working out and meditating too.

Video games can sometimes make you more stressed. Habits like procrastination, or overthinking can increase stress.
