Central Inquiry: How are people affected mentally and physically from their disconnect with nature and how can that be fixed?

having a lot of homework and extra curricular activities.

If people are better with time management that could potentially change that

Technology, video games, movies, TV shows, etc distract people my age keeping them indoors and not outside. Also teachers throw hours of homework at us when we have work and extra curricular activities.
When we have some down time instead of looking at Tik Toks or whatever else go outside and enjoy it before the next thing starts.
