Get outside more and move from place to place enjoying your life not confined by people and their rules. Instead of just staying in one place for the rest of your life you can travel and see more with your money if it is not going to the mortgage for a house.

Some advantages include being able to go outside more, and spending less money.
Some disadvantages are a lack of shelter, weather, hard time finding jobs to make money, and possible fights with the police.
