I go outside and play with my cats they love it or I go on a walk to clear my head

I like going on long walks or riding my bike when im having a rough day because it helps clear my mind i also go fishing because its honestly relaxing

Whenever I am having a ruff day I like to go outside and listen to the birds and play with my dogs. I helps to clear my mind so I can focus.

i go outside and take in fresh air and then you can get more space to breathe and i like to go outside and bug my neighbor reagan

I usually take walks or sit outside for a bit to just get away from my problems. I also use it to help motivate me when facing any problems.
