Sometimes society can be too much and begin to drain a person. Disconnecting from society can help to gather thoughts and just take a beak overall. A break is good to not get caught in life and stress about every little thing. A disconnect from society will help to just give your mind a rest

It will allow you to process and take a step back to digest what has happened. It will allow you to think more clearly

Being able to step away from society gives someone the opportunity to reevaluate themselves (morality wise)

it gives you a breather and lets you relax and sort of enjoy life and not always having to stress out about whats going on.

It’s nice to disconnect from society because sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the moment and become very stressed. Disconnecting allows for being able to forget things that are stressful. Disconnecting can help with taking a step back and not be so narrowed in on certain things of life.
